    Update: DNS changes have propagated and cc.pfl.com is now available to all users, internal and external

    Status: Identified
    Update: PFL updated the DNS entry for cc.pfl.com this morning, and as this change takes time to propagate the site will be unavailable for external users only. PFL employees access cc.pfl.com should have no issues except via VPN. We have seen VPN access also impacting a person's ability to access the site. CCv1 (pflportal.com) is not impacted or affected in any way. Our team is continuing to monitor the DNS change and will update once the change is complete.

    Update: Due to an issue with FedEx's tracking service, PFL is not able to provide delivery status to our customers. PFL is monitoring the issue with FedEx and will notify this group once FedEx has resolved the issue.

    Update: Due to an issue with FedEx's tracking service, PFL is not able to provide delivery status to our customers. PFL is monitoring the issue with FedEx and will notify this group once FedEx has resolved the issue.

    Update: Customer on Chrome 80 may run into issues loading the following pages/applications: 1. PMC – users will be taken to the PMC login page for SF embedded PMCs 2. Swag 1 or 2 – Manual send canvas will redirect the user back to the address selection page and they won’t be able to see the product list 3. Swag 2 – Admin canvas will show an error reading, “SwagIQ has not been properly configured. Please contact your SwagIQ administrator.” To correct the issue, modify the SameSite setting in Chrome: 1. Copy/paste ‘chrome://flags’ in the Chrome browser URL/address bar 2. Search for the SameSite setting 3. Select “Disabled” from the drop down list 4. Relaunch Chrome

    Status: Resolved
    Update: There was a flaw in the logic to encrypt PII (controlled by a store level flag in Store Admin). This flag was set for a single store on Monday, which triggered the encryption for all PMC stores. We have deactivated this process specific to PMC encryption while we work on a long term fix, and restored recipient data back to Monday.
  • Time: Feb. 20, 2020, 10:33 p.m.

    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
  • Time: Feb. 20, 2020, 9:51 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: All Saved Address PMC recipients have been deactivated and their information encrypted. We are currently restoring the data to correct the problem.
