    Update: The reported issue of "Email Campaigns and Subscriptions not loading for the US region in the Staging Environment", is now resolved and the Campaigns and Subscriptions are loading normally.

    Update: This is an issue that we have found where Campaigns and Subscriptions are not loading for the US region in the Staging Environment. Our team is working on this and will update once the issue is resolved.

    Update: Our LMS vendor have confirmed there are no additional 5xx errors, latency or other performance issues detected. While issues have been completely resolved, they will closely monitor the environment for any recurrence throughout the day.

    Update: Our LMS (Learning Management System) vendor confirmed that the performance has stabilized with no additional 5xx errors or latency detected. They will continue to closely monitor the environment for any recurrence throughout the day. We will keep you updated until it's fully resolved by them.

    Status: Identified
    Update: The issue has been identified by our vendor and mitigation efforts have been deployed. However, customers in North America may still be experiencing latency or 5xx errors. Our Learning Management vendor team is continuing to troubleshoot the remaining causes of latency and 5xx errors.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Our learning management system (LMS) vendor is investigating an intermittent access error for users located in the US East region. The underlying issue has been identified and initial mitigation efforts have been deployed by them. They are currently monitoring a reduction in 5xx errors, however some customers may still be experiencing latency and/or access error to the Phenom Explorer portal. We will share the latest updates as they become available to us.
