Description: Cognitive Assessment submissions during the outage from yesterday evening into this morning (ET) have been resolved. Cognitive Assessment results should now be available within the PI software.

Description: At approximately 5:25pm ET on July 24, 2024, we experienced some intermittent issues with submissions to behavioral assessments from OI links. Our engineering team has confirmed that the issues with behavioral assessment submissions from OI links have been resolved. OI links are now working and recording results as intended.
