Description: Our automatic application monitors reported unavailability from Mumbai, India. Almost an hour later, similar reports came from monitors in Texas. The behavior was about 20% reproducible by Reflektive's site reliability team. Load balancers were restarted. The issue become non-reproducible and automatic monitors started reporting a 100% success rate again.

Description: At 12:01 PST, our logs reported that some users received HTTP 500 errors due to a follower database outage. The errors may have affected user experience in Reflektive's plugins and web applications. The database was recovered at 12:04 PST and service has returned to normal. We are investigating the issue to determine what can be done to avoid it in the future.
