At this time the issues seem to be resolved. Salucro and Worldpay technicians will continue to monitor until full resolution.

    Update: Salucro technicians continue to monitor a downstream, nationwide issue, between the CardConnect gateway and the processor Worldpay that is causing transactions originating from the IDTech SRED device or IVR to fail. Transactions from Ingenico devices that are going through CardConnect and Worldpay do continue to process normally. We will continue to post regular updates until the issue is resolved.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Salucro technicians continue to monitor a downstream, nationwide issue, between the CardConnect gateway and the processor Worldpay that is causing transactions originating from the IDTech SRED device or IVR to fail.
