    Update: This email ingestion issue has been confirmed as resolved. We thank you for your patience while our team was working on the resolution.
  • Time: Feb. 2, 2023, 6:38 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our infrastructure team has taken steps to address the email ingestion failures, and from internal testing, emails are no longer being stuck within the queue. We are actively monitoring to ensure no further trouble appears.
  • Time: Feb. 2, 2023, 5:23 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have received reports from certain customers that emails are not being correctly ingested into FogBugz. Our infrastructure team are actively investigating the servers responsible to identify the cause. We will provide further updates as they become available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved. For any issues, please contact Support.

    Update: We have implemented a fix for the issue and are now monitoring the results. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: We have been made aware of an outage affecting EPM Live, where the sites are very slow to respond or inaccessible. We are working on identifying a solution and will get back to you as soon as we have more information to share.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We're happy to announce that the StreetSmart Workforce app has become available again in the Apple App Store. Due to search indexing taking some time, it might not show up in searches right now (but should soon). In the meantime, you can use this link (https://apps.apple.com/app/streetsmart-workforce-mobile/id1658628954) to install the app. Thank you for your patience!
  • Time: Jan. 11, 2023, 1:54 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: As of December 2nd, we received notice that our request to republish the StreetSmart's app to Apple's App Store was rejected due to some recent policy changes by Apple which required modifications to the core app code. As a result the StreetSmart's app is currently not available on the App Store, which is preventing users from downloading the app. However, all functionality for devices that already have the app are not affected. We are investigating the issue and will provide further updates as they become available.

  • Time: Jan. 10, 2023, 8:55 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue with Job Filtering was resolved. A recently modified Javascript library was found to be at fault and it was rolled back to the previous version. Affected customers should log out and back in for the changes to take effect, and are advised to clear Cache too.
  • Time: Jan. 10, 2023, 5:25 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with Job Filtering and display on the Web Portal . Our team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. We will provide additional updates as we progress.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have received confirmation that the third-party issues causing an outage have been resolved, and service has been restored. Should you experience any problems, please raise a ticket with Customer Support, and we will be happy to help you. We apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty you may have experienced as a result of this issue.
  • Time: Jan. 9, 2023, 6:39 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Following an earlier outage by a 3rd party some customers experienced an outage, this issue appears to be fixed now. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and will continue to monitor.
  • Time: Jan. 9, 2023, 3:29 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue relating to GPS syncing to the web portal and are working to identify the source of the issue reported. We will provide further updates as they become available.
