    Update: We have resolved the intermittent issues with ServiceDispatch API returning 504 Gateway Time-out error responses. We will continue to monitor and will provide updates should new updates come up.
  • Time: June 21, 2024, 7:56 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of intermittent 504 Gateway timeout response from ServiceDispatch API in production and we are actively reviewing this. We will provide another update as soon as we have one.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue is now resolved. There was an internal infrastructure upgrade required by our hosting service AWS. This upgrade did not degrade any features but caused intermittent authentication failures between ServiceDispatch and ServiceClaims applications. We do not anticipate our customer experiencing this issue anymore and we will continue to monitor this on our side.

If you are trying to view framed claims pages from https://fss.servicepower.com/, you may see a message that reads "You have attempted to access a page, action or data for which you do not have access." Additionally, users may experience intermittent issues when hot switching between both claims and dispatch applications.
