Description: We have resolved the intermittent issues with ServiceDispatch API returning 504 Gateway Time-out error responses. We will continue to monitor and will provide updates should new updates come up.

Description: This issue is now resolved. There was an internal infrastructure upgrade required by our hosting service AWS. This upgrade did not degrade any features but caused intermittent authentication failures between ServiceDispatch and ServiceClaims applications. We do not anticipate our customer experiencing this issue anymore and we will continue to monitor this on our side.
