Description: Dear users, On 23/09/2024 at 10:00 CEST, we experienced some instabilities with our Ocean integration services. Users may have encountered issues that prevented the correct integration of new milestones into existing orders from that date. Instead, updates for new milestones were integrated into newly duplicated orders without container references. Our technical team resolved the issue on 25/09/2024 at 18:00 CEST, and since that time, the integration has returned to normal functionality. Our technical team is currently in the process of replaying the missing events and cancelling the duplicated unexpected orders that were integrated.

We are pleased to inform you that no data was lost during this time, although there were delays in processing requests. The issue has now been fully resolved, and services are operating normally.
