    Status: Resolved
    Update: Dear users, On 23/09/2024 at 10:00 CEST, we experienced some instabilities with our Ocean integration services. Users may have encountered issues that prevented the correct integration of new milestones into existing orders from that date. Instead, updates for new milestones were integrated into newly duplicated orders without container references. Our technical team resolved the issue on 25/09/2024 at 18:00 CEST, and since that time, the integration has returned to normal functionality. Our technical team is currently in the process of replaying the missing events and cancelling the duplicated unexpected orders that were integrated.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Dear users, We observed a spike of errors 520 on the 19/09 between 20:45 and 21:00 CET. These errors caused flow-in requests to be rejected during that time frame. Please resend the flow-in requests back to Shippeo if you encountered any issue. Thank you for your understanding.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: Since yesterday, the volume of Ocean events-out is going up but still remains below normal. We are continuing to investigate and closely monitoring the situation to return to normal soon. We will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: A significant drop in the volume of Events-out on Ocean Scope has been observed since around 17/09 at 18H PM. Please note that no other flows are currently impacted, and they are operating as expected. Our team is actively investigating the cause of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. We will provide updates as more information becomes available or the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding.

    Update: Dear Users, On September 17th, from 14:30 to 16:00, our API server experienced some instabilities that impacted the processing of incoming requests. We are pleased to inform you that no data was lost during this time, although there were delays in processing requests. The issue has now been fully resolved, and services are operating normally.
