    Update: Following a thorough investigation, the issue has been successfully resolved. To mitigate the problem and prevent future occurrences, we have scaled up the platform and implemented additional measures to enhance stability and performance.     Update: A significant drop in the volume of positions-out has been observed since around 11:00 AM. Positions-out V1 have been unavailable since approximately 1:00 PM. Please note that no other flows are currently impacted, and they are operating as expected. Our team is actively investigating the cause of these issues and working to resolve them as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. We will provide updates as more information becomes available or the situation changes. Thank you for your understanding.

    Update: Some instabilities have been observed on our sFTP between 11:45 and 12:50, affecting the sending of ETA-out and Position-out flows and preventing the upload of EDI files on our sFTP. We kindly ask you to resend the EDI files if you were impacted by this issue. This incident is now fully resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

    Update: Dear users, An incident occurred between 11H45 and 12H30 CET and affected the processing of some flow-in requests via API. Impact: - Orders not created/modified - Events not declared - Pushed positions not integrated This is now resolved. If you notice any timeout errors in your system during that timeframe, we kindly invite you to send back the flow-in request to Shippeo. Thank you for your understanding. --- Bonjour, Un incident a affecté le traitement d'une partie des requêtes entrantes via API entre 10h00 et 11h00. Impact : - Ordres non créés/modifiés - Évènements non déclarés - Positions envoyées par API/EDI et non intégrées Ce problème est à présent résolu.
