    Update: We have identified an issue where orders are not submitting to Reno and Lancaster Warehouses. We are working with our Warehouse FTP partners to resolve the issue.     Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Hello, We will be doing a security enhancement to our webhook system on Friday March 17 at 8:30 AM PST. This change will be to enhance our encryption to better provide privacy and data integrity for all inbound and outbound webhook communication within the Shipwire platform. We will be disabling Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 in order to support a more secure connection to our platform. While this change will be seamless and go unnoticed by those who do not use our webhook technology, those who use it over a TLS encryption lower than 1.2 will experience communication errors when calling the Shipwire webhook system. We recommend upgrading your TLS version to 1.2; or higher, in order to ensure webhook communications are not impacted by our update this Friday.     Update: We have implemented a fix to address this issue so you should no longer receive these failure emails from Shopify. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For any questions or concerns please contact [email protected]
  • Time: March 13, 2023, 9:36 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are in the process of migrating all Shopify stores over to Shopify's Fulfillment Orders API, because their Fulfillment API is being disabled on April 1st. In the new API, Shopify is supposed to send "fulfillment requests" to Shipwire for us to import. It appears that Shopify is not able to send these requests, and is failing on their end. We are working to resolve this with Shopify. Fortunately, we had already built our own backup to call Shopify to get a list of fulfillment requests to acknowledge, so we are importing orders from Shopify just fine. Users of the Shipwire Shopify App may ignore emails from Shopify with the subject "Failed to send fulfillment request from shop X...". Shopify order import is working fine, and we are working with Shopify so that these emails stop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
