    Update: We have replaced one of the hardware to fix the issue permanently. Further to this, we have monitored the service and confirmed that all the affected connections are stable now. As such we are closing this incident.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are closely monitoring the connectivity of our SLC and cloud VPN customers. We are also cordinating with the vendor to identify the root cause of this issue.
  • Time: Jan. 9, 2022, 5:07 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Connectivity issue with SLC and cloud VPN customers are resolved and we will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure the stability.
  • Time: Jan. 9, 2022, 1:51 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of connectivity issue affecting SLC and cloud VPN customers. We are coordinating with our vendor supplier to investigate this as a matter of urgency. Further updates will be provided in due course.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Connectivity has been restored to all the affected sites. Telco confirmed that this was related to a network incident at their end. We have monitored the affected sites and ensured that the connectivity is stable now. As such we are closing this incident.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Talk Talk has identified the issue and we are coordinating with them to resolve it at the earliest.

    Update: We are aware of a connectivity issue which is affecting a number of DSL FTTC customers mostly in SWGFL and Core regions. We are cordinating with our telco supplier to investigate this as a matter of urgency. Further updates will be provided in due course.

    Update: We have monitored the service and confirmed that there are no further issues with DNS hosting platform. As such we are closing this incident.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: This issue has been resolved now.HA has been restored after coordinating with the vendor. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure stability.
  • Time: Nov. 24, 2021, 6:42 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of an issue with our DNS hosting platform where HA is affected. Due to this new DNS changes/provisioning will be delayed. However the existing DNS services are not affected. We have logged a support ticket with third party vendor and our engineers are coordinating with them to resolve the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have monitored the affected service and all looks stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
  • Time: Nov. 10, 2021, 3:23 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Dev team has now identified the root cause of the issue , and the configurations changes has resolved the issue for the 6 sites reported. We have now applied the fix globally to ensure any further issues are addressed. We will monitor further till 11/11/2021 afternoon school hours and close the incident .

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware about an internet browsing performance issue for a number of sites. Our Engineers are actively working on this to resolve the issue.

    Update: We have monitored the service and confirmed that there are no further issues with SSL VPN. As such we are closing this incident.

    Update: We have fixed the RDP Connection issue while connecting with SSL VPN . We will continue to monitor the service to ensure stability

    Update: We have identified an issue with logging into RDP sessions for a small number of users while connecting SSL VPN. Engineers are working on identifying the cause of the issue.
