    Update: Our Telco partner has confirmed that this was related to a network incident at their end. We have monitored the service and ensured that the connectivity is stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
  • Time: Sept. 28, 2022, 3:59 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We can see that the service has been restored to all the affected sites. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure stability.
  • Time: Sept. 28, 2022, 9:23 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Our Telco partner has confirmed that they are aware of a major incident that is affecting ADSL customers across the country. They have been investigating this with the highest priority and have advised the root cause has now been identified and connections are beginning to recover.
  • Time: Sept. 28, 2022, 7:50 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of an internet service outage affecting multiple ADSL customers in different regions. We are coordinating with our telco supplier to investigate this as a matter of urgency.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Telco maintenance completed. Connectivity restored, hence closing this incident.
  • Time: Sept. 27, 2022, 1:39 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware of a connectivity issue affecting multiple DSL/ADSL customers as part of planned maintenance. We will keep posted once the maintenance completed.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have implemented the fix for SafetyNet service in all the regions, monitored and confirmed that the issue has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 12, 2022, 3:36 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have implemented a fix to the reported regions/customers and confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Further fixes will be rolled out tonight to the remaining proxy servers
  • Time: Sept. 9, 2022, 10:40 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware about intermittent browsing performance issue with SafetyNet service which is affecting few customers. Our Engineers are actively working to resolve the issue.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have monitored the systems and can confirm there are no further performance issues. As such we are closing this incident

    Update: The browsing performance seems to be stable at the moment, and we are constantly monitoring the stats.
  • Time: Aug. 23, 2022, 1:50 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are still investigating the issue coordinating with Telco and Datacenter. The services looks to be stable after rerouting over a resilient link.

    Update: We have again been reported with browsing performance issues for few customers. We are rerouting the traffic through resilient link now.
  • Time: Aug. 19, 2022, 9:21 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Traffic has been rerouted to normal and the issue has been resolved. We are monitoring the service to ensure stability.
  • Time: Aug. 18, 2022, 7:36 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the root cause of the issue & its fixed. Traffic will be routed back to normal with a scheduled change by tonight.
  • Time: Aug. 16, 2022, 9:05 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are aware of a browsing performance issue affecting a small number of customers connected via VirginMedia/FluidOne Interconnect. Traffic has been rerouted for the reported customers, as a temporary measure. The issue has been raised with Telco and Datacenter & we are actively working with them to resolve the issue permanently.

  • Time: Aug. 17, 2022, 11:23 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The service has remained stable this week with no further occurrences of the issue.
  • Time: Aug. 15, 2022, 3:55 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have implemented some fixes over the weekend and the service is now stable and fully resilient. We will continue to monitor the service closely over the next few days to ensure it remains stable.
  • Time: Aug. 12, 2022, 8:05 a.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the instability. All traffic remains failed over so we don't anticipate any customer impact at this time.
  • Time: Aug. 11, 2022, 10:38 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with one of our aggregation switches. We don't anticipate any customer impact at this time as all customers have been failed over to our second data centre. We have raised a priority 1 call with our support vendor to investigate.
