Description: Requests passing through the API V2 and POS API experienced degraded performance due to an issue with a dependency. This caused partial failures when loading some aspects of the web interface and some failed site agent uploads. These uploads were later retried automatically. Once the dependency was identified it was reinitialised with replacement instances. Request failure rate returned to normal within 25 minutes and the performance was further monitored
