    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We have deployed a workaround to resolve this issue and are monitoring the deployed fix.

    Update: We have identified a potential issue with a vendor API that is contributing to this problem. Our engineering team will continue to investigate until a definitive root cause is identified, and a solution to then follow.

    Update: We are aware of an issue affecting customers using Google Calendar for room calendars. The stated issue is either a 429 error or an error stating "Too Many Requests". The issue presents on Eventboard devices where events are not syncing. This may manifest as a problem on other surfaces associated with Google Calendar events. We are investigating at this time.

  • Time: April 14, 2020, 6:18 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved. Teem has been monitoring performance for several hours and will now close this incident. At approximately 10:45 MDT internal systems began detecting an anomaly affecting the API. Triage began and the issue escalated over the next hour. Customers may have experienced intermittent access to the platform (devices, mobile and plugins) until 2:30 MDT when a temporary patch was deployed. Work continued to correct the root cause (a caching system that became unavailable cascaded to the web server pools causing them to drop offline, until the system was restored/rebuilt fully early this morning) through the monitoring period. All systems have been operational since approximately 2:30 MDT and full remediation work has been completed. Additional information on this incident will be provided at the completion of Teem's internal review process.

  • Time: Feb. 20, 2020, 5:26 a.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: After a period of system monitoring to ensure proper function Teem has resolved this incident. At approximately 1310 MT a disk storage limit failure occurred on the backup system for the primary database systems. Once identified additional capacity was added and and affected components restarted returning systems to full service by 1345 MT. Additional monitoring and alerting for the offending system has been added to help remediate such failures moving forward.

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: On Jan 25 at approximately 0530 MT a failing maintenance and backup process began causing back-pressure up the replication line of Teem databases. This in turn caused normal and overflow disk space to be filled and eventually led to a primary database becoming unavailable and the service disruption that followed. The failing process was identified and corrected, the blockage released and the systems were brought back online at 1020 MT.
  • Time: Jan. 25, 2020, 7:05 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: On Jan 25 at approximately 0530 MT a failing maintenance and backup process began causing back-pressure up the replication line of Teem databases. This in turn caused normal and overflow disk space to be filled and eventually led to a primary database becoming unavailable and the service disruption that followed. The failing process was identified and corrected, the blockage released and the systems were brought back online at 1020 MT. Data and replication backlogs will continue to work their way down throughout the weekend and progress will continue to be monitored. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused and thank you for your continued use of the Teem platform.
