    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

    Update: Finch is aware of the global IT incident that began on July 19th. We have observed overnight performance degradation across a handful of provider integrations. Majority of the impact occurred between the hours of 06:00 UTC and 13:00 UTC. The most heavily impacted integrations were: Quickbooks Payroll, Paylocity, UKG Pro, and Run Powered by ADP. This is not an issue caused by Finch's systems. While integrations appear to be in a recovered state, we anticipate some intermittent issues over the next few days as providers restore the health of their systems.

  • Time: Sept. 23, 2024, 5:08 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Confirming stability, we have seen consistently high success rates over the past week for both Finch Connect auth as well as performance of data syncs. This incident is now resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 18, 2024, 4:26 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have made additional changes to improve the auth experience in Finch Connect as well as data syncs performance. We are monitoring the results to confirm that the improvements are stable.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 3:16 p.m.

    Update: We are currently working on additional changes to improve the auth experience in Finch Connect for the ADP Run integration. While we continue to improve this integration, as a failsafe, we have enabled our manual auth fallback flow so that employers are still ensured to have a working option to connect and have data synced. We appreciate your patience as our team continues to work on restoring this integration to its original healthy state.

    Update: A fix has been implemented to restore authentication via Finch Connect for this integration. We are monitoring the results as we take a phased approach to rolling out the fix.
