As of now, we have identified the root cause for this incident and the fix is being applied. The Responses tab should work as expected, however, forms may incorrectly show a response counter of '0' and the setup of some integrations may be affected. Accept our apologies for any inconvenience this is causing. We'll share another update as soon as possible.
