    Update: This is the message from CardConnect: First Data RapidConnect Timeouts New incident: Investigating At this time, some merchants may be experiencing timeout responses when attempting to process transactions. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available. Time posted Oct 31, 17:29 EDT Components affected Partial Outage Processors - First Data RapidConnect We will be monitoring and will provide an update when one becomes available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The CardConnect issue was resolved overnight.
  • Time: Oct. 25, 2018, 7:31 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: There have been multiple reports of issues processing CardConnect payments. Their website has has been updated to show the root cause. Current status: First Data RapidConnect North Timeouts Subscribe Investigating - At this time, some merchants may be experiencing timeout responses when attempting to process transactions. We are currently investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available. Oct 25, 14:59 EDT The URL for their status page is: http://status.cardconnect.com/. There is an option to subscribe to updates.

  • Time: Oct. 5, 2018, 3:03 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Google Cloud Print issue has been resolved. Printing will work normally from here on.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2018, 2:45 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Root cause of the printing issue identified. We're working to patch a fix now. Will provide another update shortly.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2018, 2:39 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're still working to determine the root cause of the Google Cloud Print issue. We have determined a temporary workaround that will work in the meantime. Here are the steps: 1. When printing a label select Generate PDF 2. On the top right corner of the browser click the printer icon 3. Choose your label printer and ensure that the paper size matches your label size 4. Click print This will result in a label being printed correctly. We will post another update as soon as we have more information.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2018, 2:11 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We're still working on determining the root cause of this issue, however in the meantime printing works if you first generate a PDF file, then send that to the label printer. Will update this incident as soon as we have more information.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2018, 1:52 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: There is an issue where printing a label results in printing a label for the next record down in a patients history. We are checking into the cause of the problem now. This issue only affects printing of labels.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 10, 2018, 6:44 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We experienced an issue related to a table lock in our database. The lock was removed and processing resumed normally. We're checking into the reason for the lock now.

    Update: This issue was resolved at noon PST.
  • Time: Aug. 5, 2018, 4:40 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Issue where payments processed are processed at CardConnect but no payment is received back into Vetter. The screen will show Waiting for Customer without going away. The workaround for now is to cancel out of that screen and create a payment entry of type Credit Card to close the loop on the transaction. The payments are being received and processed by CardConnect, but the payment is not being processed back into Vetter. We're researching this issue.
