Will update this incident when more information is available.

    Update: We're in contact with Antech technical support and they're checking into the issue. Will update when more information is available

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue appears to have happened as a result of a service we use for application monitoring, failing for a short period. When the service came back online after less than five minutes, Vetter came back online without issue. We're in the process of researching this integration and why it might have caused this kind of problem. Marking this issue resolved.

    Update: One of our application servers failed. The issue was resolved when we restarted the server. We are going to continue monitoring performance to ensure the issue is fully resolved. Total duration of slowness: 32min.
