  • Time: May 15, 2023, 8:43 p.m.
    Status: Postmortem
    Update: On May 8th, at 17:00 CST, the Vyopta  experienced a service disruption, causing an inability for our customers to access the application. The root cause of this issue was traced to a spike in load, leading to the failure of the login service. Upon identification of the issue, Vyopta's engineering team successfully resolved the issue by scaling up the number of nodes in our login service to accommodate the current and future volume of incoming requests.
  • Time: May 8, 2023, 4:22 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: This incident has been resolved after continuous monitoring and not observing any login failures over the past couple of days. A RCA will be provided this week.
  • Time: May 5, 2023, 11:02 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: All services have been returned to operational status. We are currently monitoring the issue.
  • Time: May 5, 2023, 10:07 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating reports of users unable to log in. Users using my.vyopta.com are getting a "Failed to fetch" message while SSO users are getting a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" We will provide an update once we have identified the issue.
