Description: On May 8th, at 17:00 CST, the Vyopta experienced a service disruption, causing an inability for our customers to access the application. The root cause of this issue was traced to a spike in load, leading to the failure of the login service. Upon identification of the issue, Vyopta's engineering team successfully resolved the issue by scaling up the number of nodes in our login service to accommodate the current and future volume of incoming requests.
