Description: During the period of 28-30th May, The Yotpo Team identified an issue which impacted merchants receiving custom data properties from partners and 3rd parties. This issue would mean that Yotpo SMS & Flows flows configured to send on such custom events would not have been triggered during the period of the incident. The team have confirmed that the issue is resolved as of the 30th May and no further impact is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience. The Yotpo Support Team
