    Update: We are currently aware of an issue with long running timers where the time is doubled when the timer is stopped. Time can be edited once the timer is stopped as a workaround.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Issues with accessing iTimekeep utilizing https://itimekeep.aderant.com should now be resolved. This URL has a dependency on AWS and AWS confirmed network issues were fully addressed yesterday by 5:30pm EST.
  • Time: Dec. 22, 2021, 9:05 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Our Incident Response Team has identified the issue related to the sporadic issues reported by some firms utilizing the following URL when accessing iTimekeep - https://itimekeep.aderant.com. A component of itimekeep.aderant.com has a dependency upon AWS (Amazon Web Services) and AWS are currently experiencing intermittent network issues. We are monitoring this and will advise once their issues have been resolved. In the meantime as a temporary workaround please advise users to access iTimekeep utilizing https://services.bellefieldcloud.com/.
