    Update: We are receiving reports of users experiencing delays in availability of new and changed data in BillBlast from the financial system and possible related performance degradation when accessing the BillBlast Web Application. We are actively looking into the root cause for this delay and will provide communication back as soon as more information is available.

    Update: The performance issues reported by some firms utilizing the iTimekeep and SurePoint/Rippe integration should now be resolved. The issue was specific to this Time and Billing system which has now been addressed by the vendor.

    Update: UPDATE: The recent issues related to connectivity and performance with iTimekeep should now be resolved. Our teams continue to monitor and will continue to do so. We are researching the root cause and will follow up with additional details as soon as possible. We greatly apologize for this disruption in service.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have identified and reproduced the issue related to Bulk Submission and Multi-selection of Timecards that several firms experienced yesterday. This is an application issue related to these specific mass actions. We will plan to address in a Hot Fix release prior to the September month-end. We sincerely apologize for this issue as we know you rely on iTimekeep to enter your team and any issues, especially at month end, cause an important disruption to your firm. Please contact Aderant Support if you have additional questions.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2021, 9:39 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The Development Teams are collaborating to recreate the issue some firms are experiencing with Bulk Submit, to determine the root cause. In addition to recreating the issue we are also looking for similarities with the firms that reported the issue. We will provide more details on root cause and timeline to address as soon as we have more information.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2021, 7:02 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently investigating reports of performance latency of iTimekeep when utilizing the Multiselect and/or Bulk Submit Timecard actions. Some customers are seeing latency when using Bulk Submit to submit time to their Time & Billing System. We’re aware of the issue and are working on it urgently. As a Workaround: We recommend users submit time entries individually. We’re really sorry to be holding you up today! Please know our teams are working hard to get everything running efficiently. Again, we apologize for this issue as we know you rely on iTimekeep to enter your time and that any issues can cause an important disruption to your users. Thank you for your understanding and please contact Aderant Support if you have additional questions.
