    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware of the Granular Admin Relationship expiration notices going out from Microsoft. These relate to the MLT (Microsoft Led Transition) GDAP and may be safely disregarded. Our internal teams are working to ensure the proper AppRiver/OpenText GDAPs are set to auto-extend and prevent further notifications. You may disregard the notification about the MLT GDAP expiration.

    Update: No further issues were reported. Closing status.

    Update: The identified issue appears to have been tied to a service not caching the grouping information. The problem has been resolved but we will continue to monitor for the next 24 hours for any further issues surrounding this issue.

    Update: The login issue with EMP has been resolved. The login issue was related to the Azure problems indicated by the notice Microsoft sent. The userid/password functionality remained unaffected.

    Update: Issue seems to be related to azure outage in the region. Information on azure outage by MS below Investigating issues in the Central US region Impact Statement: Starting at 21:56 UTC on 18 Jul 2024, a subset of customers may experience issues with multiple Azure services in the Central US region including failures with service management operations and connectivity or availability of services. Current Status: We are aware of this issue and have engaged multiple teams to investigate. As part of the investigation, we are reviewing previous deployments, and are running other workstreams to investigate for an underlying cause. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
