    Update: We are investigating an issue with DLP not sending messages back to the AEE Secure cloud gateway for processing. We have raised a high severity issue and the engineers are actively investigating. If you currently have your DLP checked in your encryption policies please unselect it and save the policy to temporarily bypass the DLP solution. The functionality loss is once you uncheck the DLP option in your encryption policies they will not show up in the interface when service is restored.

    Update: We are receiving reports that the DLP interface tied to AEE email encryption customers is down. Additionally we are seeing delay's in mail delivery for email that does make it into the DLP. We have raised a high severity issue and our engineers are currently working on the issue. If you currently have your DLP checked in your encryption policies please unselect it and save the policy to temporarily bypass the DLP solution. The functionality loss is once you uncheck the DLP option in your encryption policies they will not show up in the interface when service is restored.

    Update: We have addressed the issues and the DeliverySlip portal are back functioning as they should.
  • Time: Aug. 8, 2024, 1:15 p.m.

    Update: We have been made aware that DeliverySlip portals are generating the message "Error: An error was encountered processing your request.". We have escalated the issue as a high severity to our engineering team. We will update this status as soon as we have more information.

    Update: Archive related platforms and management tools are not accessible at this time. Our Engineers are aware and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Update: We are only seeing the normal rejects expected this morning. This matter is considered to be resolved.

    Update: Mimecast has resolved the issue on their end, we have also restarted our name services and the change is in effect. There is a propagation time that might affect the service. We already see most emails processing through our system. We are still monitoring.

    Update: The possible issue has been identified as extra quotes in the US blocks of Mimecast's SPF records. It is recommended that the sender of blocked email contact Mimecast Support about the DNS misconfiguration.
