    Update: We sincerely apologize for the login issue for our EU region customers We are pleased to inform you that, we have identified the root cause along with remediation for the issue as below. **Root Cause:** This issue occurred because of the server was running at max database memory. Which caused the code to throw exceptions turning into login failures. **Remediation:** We deployed a change with increasing the Server memory. And prevent server from blocking the login services when memory error is encountered.
