Description: We sincerely apologize for the AppZen site not loading issue. We are pleased to inform you that, we have identified the root cause along with remediation for the issue as below. **Root Cause:** A change was implemented to add new infrastructure component and the underlying services were failing to run the services and it caused to load the site contents on AppZen. **Remediation:** We have introduced the process to have new components added in infrastructure only after completing Capability Assessment of underlying services and infrastructure components.

Description: We sincerely apologize for the access issue with the AppZen. We have identified the root cause along with remediation for the issue as below. **Root Cause:** The load balancer \(LB\) certificate was expired for all environments. It was using an older imported certificate, which expired on 04/18/2021. Hence while logging in we were getting a Bad Gateway error. **Remediation:** We have put a process in place in which there is an automated renewal of site certificates in order to avoid this issue in the future.
