We have evaluated the impact of the Bing outage on Navigator searches. From 2024-05-23 at 07:43 UTC until 14:00 UTC, searches in the following categories were impacted: - Litigations - Regulatory Databases - Corporate Databases Since 14:00 UTC, our internal tests have shown no further errors. We will continue to monitor closely for the next 24 hours. For screening cases that rely on these categories, we recommend rerunning searches initially conducted on 2024-05-23 between 07:43 UTC and 14:00 UTC. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

    Update: The ongoing Bing infrastructure outage still affects AMLRS's ability to search some of our sources. We have assessed the impact of the Bing outage on Navigator and Investigator searches and can confirm that it started on 2024-05-23 at 07:43 UTC. Microsoft still needs to provide a timeline for resolution, so our current advice remains the same. For screening cases that rely on these categories, we recommend rerunning searches once the Bing outage is confirmed as resolved. We will provide further updates as Microsoft releases a timeline for resolution or our internal testing concludes that the issues are resolved.

    Update: Microsoft is currently experiencing a global outage of Bing infrastructure, which is affecting AMLRS's ability to search some of our sources in the following categories: - Litigations - Regulatory Databases - Corporate Databases We are waiting for Microsoft to confirm the incident and will diligently track this as an active incident. This issue may manifest as a long-running search or a search that has not returned results. For screening cases that rely on these categories, we recommend rerunning searches once the Bing outage is confirmed as resolved. We appreciate your patience during this time.     Update: Arachnys has observed an increase in the error rate when requesting data from our third-party data provider OpenCorporates. OpenCorporates searches with the Arachnys Platform, Navigator and Investigator services are affected. We are working with Open Corporates to resolve the situation and hope to resume regular service soon.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue impacting all customer replies to Arachnys Support Portal notifications externally via email. Until this has been resolved, please be advised that you should avoid replying to any notification emails received from the Support Portal via email yourself, as these may be missed by our Support team. All ticket communication in the meantime should therefore be completed directly through the Arachnys Support Portal, which is unaffected. Note that this problem only relates to emails sent as a reply to Support Portal notifications, and does not impact initial ticket creation by emailing [email protected].
