    Update: The transient errors that were affecting LeMUR have now been resolved and regular service has been restored. We are closely monitoring recovery to ensure continued good performance.

    Update: We are continuing to work to address the issues that are causing transient errors every ~10 minutes. The majority of LeMUR requests are still completing successfully so if you do experience a failed request and a 500 error we suggest retrying the request as it will likely be successful. We will continue to provide additional updates as we learn more.

    Update: Our team has identified the root cause of the issues that were affecting Real-Time earlier and have deployed a fix to address them. Users are once again able to initiate Real-Time sessions using temporary tokens and the FinalTranscript text will now contain the expected punctuation.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for the original issue of not being able to initiate a Real-Time session when using temporary API tokens but we have also discovered another issue that is causing the FinalTranscript to not contain the proper punctuation. Our team is working to address this issue as well.
