    Update: 10:07 AM UTC siteuptime reported several failing sites 10:14 AM UTC failure escalated by EY support 10:15 AM UTC failed sites identified as belonging to UK4 10:20 AM UTC the cause of the outage identified as localbrain process simultaneously dying on all UK4 machines, reboot attempted, customer sites started to become accessible again 10:40 AM UTC localbrain on some machines took > 30 minutes to restart

    Status: Resolved
    Update: After receiving feedback from customers that functionality is back, and having observed the Template Builder infrastructure behave properly for several hours now, this issue is deemed as resolved.
  • Time: Dec. 14, 2020, 7:23 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A wrongful configuration of name resolution was identified which affected different parts of Template Build to interact between each other and with the rest of the SLI Infrastructure. This was exacerbated by the outage that Google Services had during early hours of the US timezones, on December 14th. SLI Systems rely on Google's DNS services to provide redundancy on internal and external name resolution. The relevant DNS configuration was reviewed and fixed, and Template Builder services are reportedly coming back online. It will take another 45 minutes to an hour for them to be fully available and automatic deploys to be happening again. The issue continues to be monitored by the Infrastructure and Engineering Teams.
  • Time: Dec. 14, 2020, 6:10 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Issues with Template Builder infrastructure have been detected and are under investigation. At this moment both automatic and manual building of templates is being affected, with not new pages being built. The Infrastructure and Engineering Teams are actively working on the case.

  • Time: Nov. 23, 2020, 6:42 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: No further issues have been identified nor reported on the availability and performance of the SLI Tools Console. This incident is deemed as resolved.
  • Time: Nov. 23, 2020, 1:32 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The SLI Commerce Console is one more time available. Infrastructure Staff on duty continues to monitor the availability of the different tools and services provided by the Commerce Console.
  • Time: Nov. 23, 2020, 1:11 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The SLI Commerce Console is not available. The issue is being investigated by the Infrastructure Staff on duty

  • Time: Nov. 22, 2020, 3:29 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: During the past 24hrs, several performance issues were detected and fixed with the shared storage hosting index feeds. Index building performance is now back to expected levels, with feed processing times under 30 minutes, depending on the case. This incident is deemed resolved.
  • Time: Nov. 21, 2020, 8:16 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue with the shared storage has been addressed. Index building performance will continue to be impacted as the backlog of tasks is being worked through. Expect feed processing times to be between 1:30hrs to 2:00hrs while the backlog is processed. Infrastructure staff on duty continues to closely monitor SearchBuilder.
  • Time: Nov. 21, 2020, 4:26 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue has been identified with the shared storage hosting index feeds. As a result is it not possible to upload new feeds, which in turn prevents the generation of updated indexes. Infrastructure Team's staff is working on a fix.
