    Status: Resolved
    Update: Index building functionality has been stable for the past 4hrs. This issue is deemed as resolved.
  • Time: Nov. 12, 2020, 1:35 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Issues with the underlying cloud infrastructure and shared storage were identified, which required an emergency maintenance process to be applied. Services have been brought up and index building tasks have resumed. The overall functionality will continue to be monitored for the upcoming 2 hours.
  • Time: Nov. 12, 2020, 12:58 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The index building functionality of SLI is not working. The issue is being investigated by the Infrastructure Team.

Updates:

  • Time: Oct. 19, 2020, 10:39 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Template Builder functionality has been restored, and deployments verified to be working as expected. A misconfiguration on the storage of the servers hosting the repository was identified to be the root cause. The configuration was corrected and improvements to monitoring were identified to further minimize similar events in the future.

    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
  • Time: Oct. 19, 2020, 9:23 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Template Builder's functionality is affected by an outage on the repository hosting code & libraries being used to compile & build customer's templates. Customer-uploaded content is not affected. As it stands, Template Builder is not able to build templates, hence changes uploaded by customers are not deployed to hosted sites. The Infrastructure Team on duty is working on re-establishing service.

  • Time: Oct. 10, 2020, 9:36 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: After continuous monitoring the service has had no further issues after the execution of the manual maintenance tasks.
  • Time: Oct. 10, 2020, 7:56 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The issue has been identified as a failure in one of the DBs supporting SLI Tools. An automatic tool failed to clean up log space resulting on the DB engine to stop accepting transactions. Manual maintenance tasks have been executed which returned the DB to a working state. The Infrastructure staff on duty continues to monitor both the affected DB as well as SLI Tools.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating the issue.

  • Time: Sept. 21, 2020, 9:55 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: For the past hour, building of indexes, both automatic or manually, is building complete & functional sets. This issue is deemed as Resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 21, 2020, 8:51 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The underlying issue has been identified as faulty nodes generating the empty indexes. Those nodes have been removed from the SearchBuilder cluster. Indexes are being rebuilt and checked for integrity and completeness.
  • Time: Sept. 21, 2020, 8:27 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Issues with index building functionality has been reported. Certain indexes are being build empty, which in turn gets no results when clients perform a search. The Infrastructure Team on duty is investigating.

  • Time: Sept. 7, 2020, 8:01 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: No further issues of this incident have been reported. Further investigation is being conducted to identify the root cause. This issue is deemed as resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 7, 2020, 6:10 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Spikes on CPU usage affected two nodes on two different search clusters. Those nodes were removed from handling traffic, which restored services to expected response times (<400ms, in average). The infrastructure team continues to monitor the incident and has begun investigation on the possible causes of the aforementioned spikes.
  • Time: Sept. 7, 2020, 5:20 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Monitoring systems alerted of several sites having delays on returning full search results (> 1min). The Infrastructure Team on duty is investigating the issue.
