    Update: Thank you for your patience. The upgrade has completed and the Enrich service is available again. Please reach out to us on [email protected] if you have any questions, problems or concerns.
  • Time: June 2, 2022, 4:20 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: The Enrich service will be unavailable for 5 minutes tonight, from 23:00 to 23:05 AEST on Thursday 2 June. This work will enable improved performance at scale. Please do not make any calls to the Enrich endpoint during this time as those calls will fail. Partners using the Connect or Affordability APIs will not be affected. If you have users creating new bank connections for those few minutes then you may notice a couple of minutes' delay in the job completing. As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns to [email protected], we are here to help. We will update this notice once the work is complete.

At this point in time we do not have a way to get around this via web scraping. However, you can access Macquarie accounts via Open Banking.     Status: Identified
    Update: We are still working on the root cause of the smart cache not initiated refreshes as expected - but the issue of the slow jobs queues has been addressed: jobs are now going through as normal. Please use the manual refresh option sparingly until this incident is resolved. We will keep you updated.
