    Update: We are aware of a Cloudflare outage that affected multiple tenants’ ability to connect to Blend. Cloudflare has issued a fix as of 7:20 UTC, June 21. We are currently monitoring traffic.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Loans that failed to export to Encompass during the time period of the outage have been exported successfully. This incident is now resolved.
  • Time: June 3, 2022, 7:11 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are aware of an Encompass outage impacting Blend exports. ICE has now reported this issue as resolved, and Blend is working to retry any failed exports that may have occurred during the outage. Please refer to ICE's Status Page for additional information (https://emstatuscenter.elliemae.com/)

    Update: Update: Our error rates have subsided and DocuSign is performing as expected. This incident is now resolved.

    Update: DocuSign has reported that they have resolved their platform outage (https://status.docusign.com). Lenders can re-attempt to issue disclosure packages and eSign follow-ups at this time. Borrowers can now attempt to eSign existing packages that have already been successfully issued. We will continue to monitor packages issued via DocuSign.

    Update: We have decided to move lenders to an alternate signing solution (Blend Sign) on an opt-in basis only. If you wish to migrate to Blend Sign until the DocuSign outage is resolved, please reach out to your Account Partner. For lenders who are scheduled to go live with Blend Sign eSign follow-ups tonight, we will be moving forward with the release ahead of schedule

    Update: Update: We have temporarily moved a subset of packages to an alternate signing solution until DocuSign has recovered.

    Update: At this time, all services related to DocuSign are affected. Borrowers may have difficulty eSigning, and lenders may have difficulty issuing eSign follow-ups, as well as both initial and closing packages. We will continue to follow up with additional updates as the incident progresses.
