    Update: Blend's SMS partner has identified an incident where there may be increased delays receiving MFA authentication codes from Blend. The issue has is reported by our partner as affecting different US networks over a subset of short codes. We will continue to monitor this behavior behavior and will continue to share updates as soon as possible.

    Update: BKFS has resolved the issue and the failures have stopped, our auto retry logic should mitigate any of the failures.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue with exporting to Encompass for any customer who was migrated to Encompass 22.1 (this was rolled out to many customers in BETA over the weekend). We are looking into the issue as it appears a change was made on the ICE side.

    Update: Amazon SQS was briefly down from 12:45 - 12:55pm PST. This had significant repercussions across our platform. Users were unable to submit applications, any asynchronous operations could not begin, and API error rates were significantly elevated. Amazon SQS appears to have recovered. Please have users retry any failed operations. Our systems are back to normal.
