    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: Various Blend integrations including Docutech disclosures were experiencing delays between 7:45 AM PT and 8:45 AM PT due to a 3rd party's service outage. Disclosures sent to Blend during this time will be automatically reprocessed. We are continuing to monitor the integration health.

    Update: Twilio has fully recovered and all MSM functionality has been restored.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Blend has been informed of an outage currently impacting Blend's MFA provider (twilio) and is currently taking measures to mitigate its effects. Blend has taken steps to resolve the MFA impacts resulting from this outage but the issue appears to continue to impact SMS followup reminders for only a subset of clients (approximately 10) We will continue to monitor for additional updates and will continue to relay them as soon as they become available.

    Update: Blend has been notified by FannieMae of intermittent issues that FannieMae is encountering with DU. FannieMae has not relayed an estimated time for resolution but Blend will continue to relay updates as soon as they are made available by the FannieMae team.
