    Status: Resolved
    Update: One Span confirmed the issue as resolved from their end. Blend continue to monitor this over the weekend with no new reports of the issue. The Blend Engineering team was able to successfully process those packages that had been taking longer than expected to transfer over to the LOS.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Blend has received confirmation that the incident was resolved on June 29 6:27 PM ET and is working internally to correct the impacted transaction. Additional updates will be relayed in the status page as soon as they become available.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Blend has been informed that the root-cause of the issue has been identified by OneSpan and a list of affected transaction has been provided by the Provider. Blend continues to work with OneSpan to correct the identified transaction and will continue to update the status page as soon as an additional update becomes available.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Blend has been made aware that there is an issue with OneSpan where Completed Onespan packages are taking longer than expected times to export from the OneSpan platform to Blend. This as a result may prevent some of these packages from transferring to the LOS. Blend continues has escalated this incident to Onespan and monitor the integration status with OneSpan for correction. Additional updates will continue to be relayed in Blend's status page as soon as they become available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Blend has received confirmation that the degradation has been fully resolved and exports should not work as expected. Blend will continue to monitor export events to ensure that the integration remains operational.
  • Time: June 19, 2023, 5:42 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: The Blend team has been made aware of degraded performance affecting MACE-Integrated clients were they may see failures when exporting applications to Encompass. The issue has been identified by the MACE team and they are working on its correction; additional details will be shared as soon as they become available.

    Update: The Blend lending platform has returned to a normal operating state. This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: June 13, 2023, 9:56 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The Blend lending platform has returned to a normal operating state. All Impacted services have since been recovered minus our Document which is currently recovering. Once the Document service is fully recovered we will update this status to Resolved.

    Update: We have started seeing service recovery, although we’re still experiencing increased error rates across the Blend lending platform.

    Update: Blend is experiencing service degradation due to an issue with our cloud hosting provider. We are actively investigating the impact and will post an update when we know more.

    Update: Blend has identified the root-cause of the behavior and deployed a fix to correct this issue. Additional communication will be sent shortly via email for impacted clients but please don't hesitate to reach back to [email protected] with any questions.

    Update: Blend has detected an issue where clients that use the TRID-TIMER window configuration for loan-exports will experience that some applications will not automatically export when the TRID-Timer window expires. Manual export will continue to work as usual, or if the loan has already exported as a result of any non TRID-Trigger the export integration will continue to work as usual.
