    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

    Update: We have identified the issue being related to an upstream outage to a major Tier 1 Underlying Carrier (ULC). We have removed this ULC's ability to route to the BluIP network and we are continuing to monitor. BluIP Service levels have been restored for the time being and we are working with the carrier for resolution. We thank you for your patience.

    Update: ULC has reported this incident as resolved as of 8:40PST; we will update all tickets opened with support with RFO when available.

    Update: Toll Free origination degradation is currently being investigated and we have some reports that service has been restored to some customers as of 8:40 PST. We will update you as more information is available from the ULC.

    Update: We have multiple reports of toll-free (800) service being degraded in some areas. This may affect call origination and we are currently investigating with our ULC (Underlying Carrier). We will post more updates as they are available.
