    Status: Resolved
    Update: Outbound faxing has been restored since routing traffic through a redundant carrier. Please open a ticket with BluIP Support if you are continuing to have issues. We appreciate you patience in this matter.
  • Time: Jan. 20, 2017, 12:03 a.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
  • Time: Jan. 19, 2017, 10:12 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are still working with the ULC to resolve; we have temporarily rerouted outbound fax traffic through our redundant carrier links temporarily to restore service. We appreciate your patience.
  • Time: Jan. 19, 2017, 7:53 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently experiencing intermittent outbound faxing issues. We have identified the problem and we have engaged out Underlying Carrier for resolution. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we have more information.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have identified and implemented a temporary fix to resolve the issue. Service has been restored and all should be operating as normal. If you have any further issues please contact [email protected] Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
  • Time: Dec. 29, 2016, 4:59 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are still actively working on resolving the current issue. More updates will follow. For Partners or Customers that are experiencing call issues a workaround of manually changing the outbound proxy to: HOSTED: Tag name: OUTBOUND_PROXY Tag value: ord3.masteraccess.com OR Tag Value: 199.168.182.167 TRUNKS: Trunk endpoints will need to be re-pointed to either ord-iad3.masteraccess.com or IP address 199.168.182.168 This will fix this problem until such time that it is resolved.

    Update: For Partners or Customers that are experiencing call issues a workaround of manually changing the outbound proxy to ord3.masteraccess.com will fix this problem until such time that it is resolved.

    Update: Some customers may experience connecting to one of our core networks sites, we are aware of the problem and are working with all parties to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Update: We are receiving reports that service is being restored in some areas but we do not have an official resolution or update from the carrier. We will update with more information as it is available. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
  • Time: Oct. 4, 2016, 3:02 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have multiple reports of inbound/outbound call termination. The issue has been identified as a major tier 1 carrier outage stretching the entire US. We are currently working with the carrier for resolution. This is affecting voice services for ALL carriers and is not isolated to BluIP. We will update you with more information as we have more information. We thank you for you patience regarding this matter.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 19, 2016, 9:03 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: According to http://internetpulse.com/ there is major network latency issues between Cogent networks and other Tier 1 ISP's. If your customer has any relationship with Cogent networks and are currently having issues reaching the BluIP network, we encourage you to open a ticket immediately with your ISP. Again, this latency IS NOT related to to BluIP and this is an informative update for you and your customers.     Status: Resolved
    Update: Problem was identified as a hardware issue with one of our Application Servers in our Chicago Market. Server has been restored and you should be able to login as normal. If you are continuing to have issues please contact BluIP Support at [email protected]

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Multiple reports of users unable to login to either XSP; we are currently investigating. This may be affecting 3rd part application logins as well.
