    Update: ULC reports that Inbound service has been restored. This is related to a SBC failure in the San Jose region. Please test and relay any additional reports of call failure to [email protected]. Thank you for your patience; we will release RFO as soon as available.

    Update: ULC (Underlying Carrier) identified an upstream provider that was incrementing errors on their circuit. Issue was resolved by the ULC and service has been restored.     Update: We are currently experiencing issues with one of our ULC for 1-800 termination and inbound. This is NOT affecting all customers and is isolated only to certain regions. You may experience issues like OWA (One-Way-Audio) or media clipping during this time. We have identified the problem and the carrier is working to resolve.     Update: We have had multiple reports of partners/customers experiencing issues with Verizon ISP services. According to http://internetpulse.keynote.com/ there are routing issues between multiple carriers to Verizon. If you are a Verizon or Verizon associated customer having difficulties reaching the BluIP network, please open a ticket with you ISP immediately.
