    Update: Login errors for Xi Government Cloud platforms have been resolved.
  • Time: Sept. 16, 2020, 4:47 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Root cause of this login issue has been identified and mitigation is in progress. Users with existing Frame sessions are not impacted.
  • Time: Sept. 16, 2020, 4:43 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Users accessing Xi Government Cloud platforms (frame.nutanix.us, beam.nutanix.us, console.nutanix.us) are experiencing high rates of failure during login. Other platforms are not impacted. This issue is being investigated.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Update: We have pushed out a fix for the issue and all users should be able to login to Frame as expected.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue where some users are not able to initiate the login flow with Custom Authentication Providers. Logins initiated by external IdPs are unaffected. We have identified the issue and are working on the resolution.

    Update: The issue has been resolved. All instances are now starting as expected.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue that might prevent some users from starting new instances on our Xi Frame Platform. Users trying to connect to an already running instance or in an active session should not be affected.

    Update: We are currently experiencing an issue that might prevent some users from starting sessions on our Xi Frame Platform. We are currently investigating the cause of this issue.   • Time: Aug. 7, 2020, 4:25 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: At around 7:20AM PST, an issue was identified which was causing many Front End operations to timeout. This prevented some users to be unable to log in, and some Admin tasks from completing in the Dashboard. The issue was identified as high server utilization on the backplane, and resolved by 8:40AM. Currently active sessions were unaffected.
