Description: After not seeing any issues the past ~3 hours, SparkPost resolved the incident on their side.

Description: Google Firebase has resolved the incident on their side. We can confirm that Braze is no longer seeing errors for those small numbers of previously affected push tokens.

Description: Braze has continued to observe successful Email Messaging Sending for Sparkpost across all clusters, and Sparkpost has resolved this incident on their Statuspage. All delayed email backlogs have been processed, and no data was lost. At this point, the incident is resolved.

Description: Our engineering teams have observed all error rates across Meta services have recovered and returned to normal operating thresholds. All outbound WhatsApp messages and Facebook Audience Sync events have been processed. This incident is marked as resolved. We will continue to work with Meta to understand further details of the outage.
