    Update: The email sending backlog has been emptied.
  • Time: Nov. 29, 2016, 3:46 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: This morning an error in our background processor caused daily applicant summary emails to send multiple times which created a backup in our email sending queue. We are currently clearing the email sending queue and we expect all email sending to be back to normal within the next hour. This incident has not caused any emails to be lost - all queued emails will send as the queue works through the backlog.

We continue to see a very low incidence of Gateway Timeout issues, so we are going to leave the issue open and continue to monitor it through the afternoon before we mark it as resolved. Thank you.

    Update: We have addressed the primary issues resulting in Gateway Timeout errors, and this has reduced the incidence of these errors significantly. We are keeping this issue open as there are still a small number of these errors appearing in our logs. Please continue to refresh your browser if you encounter this issue, and it should resolve itself. Additionally, we are addressing a separate issue in which some of our icons are not displaying. This has not affected functionality of these features - only the display. We are working on a solution to this issue and will keep you posted. Thank you for your patience.
