    Update: We have identified the issue as a problem with 2 of our Dallas data center application servers. These servers are currently being repaired and work should be completed within 1 hour.

    Update: The repair and rebuild of the corrupted database server is still ongoing, piping data between our data centers has taken considerably longer than originally estimated. We have added additional application servers as an immediate stop gap, but degraded performance is likely to continue for several more hours until database repairs are complete.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2016, 5:33 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Transferring data between our database servers is taking longer than expected. Our previous estimate of 1 PM CDT is no longer accurate. We will provide a more firm timeline soon.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2016, 5:24 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are in the final stages of this repair and expect the migration to be completed within 30 minutes.
  • Time: Aug. 24, 2016, 2:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: An outage in one of our data centers caused a corrupted database table. While we work to repair this table, all CareerPlug traffic is being routed through a single data center, resulting in slower than normal response times. We expect the repairs to be complete within the next few hours.
