These issues primarily affected a small subset of our customers located in Australia. The major spikes in the UI and API requests were observed between 07:00 and 07:03 UTC. However, our team quickly identified and resolved the problem, restoring both API and UI services to their normal functioning. This resulted in API failures for a small fraction (0.015%) of our EU-based customers. It's important to note that this Incident exclusively impacted the EU region. However, the issue has been resolved, and API services have returned to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience and disruption to service this caused for impacted customers.
