    Update: Call hour performance has returned to normal for today and all missed calls have been retried. Two patches to our system will be deployed tonight and tomorrow night. We will continue to monitor the system through tomorrow for additional issues.

    Update: We are currently experiencing some degraded performance on CipherOutreach in the 9am call hour and have escalated to our internal operations team. We will post an update in an hour.

    Update: CipherOutreach is now operational and call hours are proceeding normally. We will continue to monitor for further issues.

    Update: We have received word that our third-party vendor's services are operational again. They are still processing queued messages, so some delays may occur. CipherHealth will tentatively resume call hour operations at 12pm (ET). Earlier calls and texts are being re-queued and will go out according to each respective Outreach program's configuration.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating an issue from a third-party vendor that is preventing the completion of CipherOutreach calls and sms. 8 am ET calls and sms will show in "initiated" or "server error" status. We have temporarily paused calls and texts for CipherOutreach programs until the issue is resolved. We will provide an update shortly.
