    Update: Clever Support's phone provider is experiencing service issues. We are monitoring the service outage and will provide regular status updates. In the meantime, please submit all support requests via our web form at support.clever.com to ensure our team receives your request!

  • Time: Feb. 2, 2023, 8:42 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We found the root cause of the issue and rolled back the release. After resolving these and a new round of testing, we plan on releasing the new filtering feature on Monday evening!
  • Time: Feb. 2, 2023, 4:12 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: Districts are experiencing data issues due to app filters. As of now, the impacted applications are unable to edit or change the existing app filter. When doing so, they are receiving an error. This is causing inability of users access to applications. We’re currently investigating the issue and will provide regular status updates.

    Update: We’ve addressed the issue and Badge logins to Windows devices should be operating as normal. We’ll continue to monitor for further errors and notify once the incident is completely resolved.

    Update: Clever is investigating reports of problems logging into Windows devices using Badges. We're looking into the issue and will provide regular status updates.

    Update: This issue has been resolved, and we've made efforts to resend any emails that were skipped. If you see any additional issues, please contact Clever Support through our Help Center: support.clever.com.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill), a service that partners with Clever, experienced connection errors for some users on Wednesday, January 4th. This prevented some automated emails from being sent. Service is in the process of being restored, and we will provide status updates as they become available from Mailchimp. Once resolved, we will make efforts to resend any missed emails. In the meantime, if you are missing an automated email feel free to try that action again.
