Description: ## **Root Cause Analysis** ### What Occurred? A security change was applied to the incorrect production environment at 9:35 AM Eastern on March 28, 2023, disabling API services. We reverted this change and API service functionality was restored at 10:09 AM Eastern. ### Why Did This Occur \(Root Cause\)? Documentation and the change management process were not sufficient to prevent this kind of error. ### How Will CyberGrants Prevent Further Occurrences? We are updating processes and documentation to prevent this kind of error in the future.
