Description: **What Occurred?** On January 26th from 1:18pm ET until 4:13pm ET Oracle publication was abended causing publication to not go through from Sandbox to Production. Configuration changes during this window were delayed until the issue was resolved. **Why Did This Occur \(Root Cause\)?** As part of our ongoing application and infrastructure maintenance work, we needed to change replication settings to accommodate future software updates. This change caused some replication functions to fail. Replication recovery required some publications to be recreated. **How Will CyberGrants Prevent Further Occurrences?** We will review our replication settings and parameters, and revise our change management processes, to provide more checks on replication changes.
