    Update: One of our servers is having problems since 2022.09.09, 15:00 UTC. This causes around 21.5% of storefronts. You may see a constantly spinning wheel if you're in this coverage.     Update: This incident has been resolved. We're found out that the issue was caused by the increased system load. After we implemented some fix, the issue with Orders (Ecwid Admin) and Abandoned Carts (Ecwid Admin) got improved. All the Ecwid stores are working normal now — you can access orders in Ecwid admin as usual. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings) is safe and intact.

    Update: Currently, some Ecwid accounts may experience a downtime, to be more precise — your sales page (Ecwid admin → My Sales → Orders and Ecwid admin → My Sales → Abandoned Carts) are not loading, and new orders won't appear in Ecwid Admin. You may see the “Sorry we are having technical issues” error in your control pane. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The sales page and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem.
