    Update: Today from 12:41 p.m (UTC time zone) to 6:00 p.m (UTC time zone) there was a downtime of Ecwid stores and admins — they were loading slowly or not loading at all. We are deeply sorry for this issue. Our developers took care of the issue, it has been resolved. All the Ecwid data is kept intact and everything is back to normal; Ecwid admins and storefronts should load without any errors or delays. Our team will continue investigating the cause of it to make sure it won't happen again.

    Update: AWS (Amazon Web Services is where Ecwid stores are hosted) is having an issue with data centers at the moment. As the result, the storefronts and store control panels may load slowly or not load at all for the users in the USA and Australia. We’re monitoring the updates from Amazon AWS and working on restoring the service on our side. All your store data is safe and intact, the stores will be operating normally as soon as the issue is fixed. We are sorry for this downtime. Next update in 30 minutes.
