Description: Today from 12:41 p.m (UTC time zone) to 6:00 p.m (UTC time zone) there was a downtime of Ecwid stores and admins — they were loading slowly or not loading at all. We are deeply sorry for this issue. Our developers took care of the issue, it has been resolved. All the Ecwid data is kept intact and everything is back to normal; Ecwid admins and storefronts should load without any errors or delays. Our team will continue investigating the cause of it to make sure it won't happen again.
