    Update: We are continuing to work on a fix for the issue which was causing some users to receive error messages in-platform ("There was an issue while processing the request" and "error contacting search API"). At this time, import files are running as expected but users may notice a lag in updated data appearing in the front end of the platform, and some import types may appear stuck at 75% (the file has completed importing, but the deletions for the file are pending/have not been completed).     Update: We have identified the issue causing some users to receive error messages in-platform ("There was an issue while processing the request" and "error contacting search API") and are working towards resolving the issue. At this time, import files are running as expected but users may notice a lag in updated data appearing in the front end of the platform as we continue to work on resolving the issue.
